I've eaten at many Chinese restaurants in my adult life, and this one is by far the best. I took a chance on the shrimp dry pot on my first visit right after they opened. OMG, the flavor was incredible. The shrimp had the most amazing crunch on the outside but tender and juicy on the inside with no breading. I asked for mild spice, which was a little spicier than I like, but the next time I asked for none, and it was perfect. I still ate and enjoyed the spicier version. The servers are always friendly, and the food comes out fast. I look forward to eating here whenever I visit my son.

I've walked by this place tons of times but never went in. It's Chinese food, and this lady's making dumplings right there—fresh dumplings gotta be good, right? We tried a bunch of stuff: spicy fish, grandma's ribs with green beans, pork dumplings, pan-fried buns, and zhajiang noodles—all amazing! We're totally going back.

I pass Jade Dumpling and Noodle House almost every day, so I was excited to finally stop by. They did not disappoint. We started with the Sichuan Spicy Cold Noodles and this was fantastic! Full of garlic and cilantro, it left a wonderful spicy sensation in every bite. Next were the Pork Soup Dumplings. These were filled to the brim with delicious broth, and so savory. I loved the little dishes provided to eat them with. Speaking of which, the atmosphere was lovely and our servers were gracious. Finally we ordered tea and General Tso's Chicken. The iced black tea was out of this world great. The chicken was slightly spicy in a flavorful sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed dining here and will be back as soon as possible.

Dined in for once and it was amazing. Got seated right awayThe staff was super friendly and super caring. We got spicy sichuan, soup and chicken and chili peppers. I had never gotten this soup before, but i'm glad I did because it was everything that I needed and more. The serving size was huge, along with the chicken. I have plenty of leftovers for food tomorrow. Last time I ordered from them, I did take out and they were on time with their estimated times. I'm always happy with the food there. I've ordered many times for takeout and glad they finally have a location. That's a little closer to me.

Went for the first time to celebrate Mother’s Day. The food and service were amazing. This is a must repeat. Would recommend to anyone.

Visiting from California and so glad we chose this spot to eat. EVERYTHING was delicious!! We were sat promptly & our waiter took our order in a timely manner. We were surprised to receive our food so quickly. The food was steaming hot & our food was very tasty. When we come back through we will definitely try this spot again.

Very excited we found a new restaurant in the old position! The steamed buns and Chinese food on the new menu here are very delicious, and if you try to ask the manager, they also have some hidden mysterious menus, such as dishes cooked with the latest ingredients, or the chef's most proud works. This time we ate the special tofu skin, which was very tender and smooth, more delicious than what we had anywhere else. We even asked the chef for the recipe. Can't wait to visit again!

Visiting Oregon, we never expected to find such delicious and authentic Chinese food in Eugene, it truly touched us, being so far from home. The braised meat buns were even better than the ones I’ve had in New York! We enjoyed it so much during lunch that we ended up ordering a bunch of takeout to bring back to the hotel for dinner. The locals here are so lucky to have such amazing food nearby! Highly recommend the sichuan pork steam buns, tomato egg noodle, and spicy beef and tripe.
